Description Sign language and live text to read along

Everyone should have access to political information and processes. Live debates, sessions and media conferences are broadcast via the internet. We make sure that your live streams include sign language and subtitles, as well as text that is translated in real time.

The live stream can be followed easily on desktops and mobiles in an accessible manner.

Multilingualism is one of Switzerland’s and our employees’ strengths. At SRG SSR, we have been subtitling live programmes in our country’s languages for several decades. Specially trained respeakers and live subtitlers guarantee a high standard of quality. High security standards are also a top priority for us.

The Grand Council of Geneva plays a pioneering role. Since 2020, people with sensory disabilities have been able to follow all political debates live on the internet. And thanks to the user-friendly video player, they can switch on subtitles and sign language in real time.

You can find a detailed description of our services in the fact sheet and the videos.
