For the sake of transparency, please note that we will pay the following success fees:

• For a junior profile, we pay 10% of the annual salary, but up to a maximum of CHF 10,000. 

• For all other profiles, we will pay the percentage you choose, but only up to a maximum of CHF 20,000 for each successful placement (employment and successful probation period).

If the submitted application results in a collaboration, you will receive a login for our Jobs portal.
